PAS 2035 Retrofit Design – From Assessment to Construction

TURNING RETROFIT INTO REALITY

A Retrofit Designer is responsible for producing the technical designs for each improvement measure and how they interact with the building. They use the findings from the Retrofit Assessment and the riskassessment to create construction ready designs that meet PAS 2035, building regulations and recognised best practice standards. A strong foundation in construction design, building surveying and energy efficiency is what underpins our designers’ ability to create solutions that work in practice, not just on paper.
