What is PAS 2035?

PAS 2035 is the UK’s standard for whole-house retrofit projects. It sets out how energy efficiency improvements should be assessed, designed, and delivered to ensure quality and compliance.

Do I need a Retrofit Coordinator?

Yes - under PAS 2035, all funded retrofit projects must be overseen by a qualified Retrofit Coordinator. They manage risk, quality, compliance, and communication throughout the project.
